非对映立体专一性合成二芳基取代环丙烷氨基酸及晶体结构Diasterospecific Synthesis and Crystal Structure of cis-2-(4-Chlorophenyl)-trans-3-Phenyl-r-1-Aminocyclopropanecarboxylic Acid

摘要(Abstract):
室温下对氯苯基重氮甲烷与(Z)-2-苯基-4-苯亚甲基-5(4H)口-恶唑酮经1,3-偶极环加成反应,以82%的产率得到环加成物,再经醇解开环、水解去保护得到顺-2-(4-氯苯基)-反-3-苯基-r-1-氨基环丙烷羧酸,产率56%。环加成产物的晶体结构及其粗产物的GC-M S测定结果表明,对氯苯基重氮甲烷与口恶唑酮的环加成反应是非对映立体专一性的。
