金(Ⅲ)-卤化物-吖啶红体系的光谱特性及应用THE SPECTRAL PROPERTIES STUDY OF AuCl_4~-X~--ADR NANOPARTICLES AND ITS ANALYTICAL APPLICATION

摘要(Abstract):
在pH 3.6的W a lpo le缓冲溶液中,吖啶红(ADR)在526 nm处有一吸收峰,在570 nm处有一荧光峰.A uC l4-与过量的I-反应生成A u I2-和I3-,二者与ADR缔合形成[(ADR)2-A u I2-I3]n缔合微粒.它在320,400和600 nm处产生3个共振散射峰,在570 nm处存在荧光猝灭,在526 nm处存在减色效应.A u(Ⅲ)浓度在0.047~2.84 m g/L范围内与共振散射强度ΔI600 nm呈线性关系,检测限为0.011 m g/L.方法用于合成样和含金废水中金的测定,结果满意.
